Setting up the phone
Remove back cover
Insert Sim Card
Insert Battery (ensure the terminals of the battery line up with the pins on the phone)
Replace Back cover
Charging the phone
The phone can be charged either from a computer or via USB
Or plugged into the attached AC adaptor and charged via 240v ( please note the usb cable only goes in one way)
The charging socket is on the top of the phone.
Unlocking the phone
If the phone displays a padlock on the screen it means the keypad lock is on.
This is a useful tool to prevent the phone from dialling numbers in your pocket / bag.
The key lock switch is located on the right hand side of the phone, below the torch switch.
Making a call
Setting Time / Date
From Main Screen
Settings -> Phone Settings -> Set Time and date
Ensure keypad is unlocked,
Dial the phone number
Press the green button
From Main Screen
Press Up ( displays menu)
Press Down Four times (settings)
Press Green FOUR times
(Settings > Phone Set Up > Time and Date > Set Time Date)
Enter time
Press down (date)
Enter date
Press Green
Adding a contact
Phonebook -> Add new contact -> Add to phone/ sim
Deleting a Contact
Phonebook -> Browse
From Main Screen
Press Up ( displays menu)
Green(PhoneBook)
Press Down 2 times (Add new contact)
Press Green
Select phone / simcard
Press Green (Name)
Enter contact name
Press Green (saves name)
Press Down (don’t press Green)
Type Number
Press green
From Main Screen
Press Up ( displays menu)
Green(PhoneBook)
Green(Browse)
Scroll Down until you find contact
Press Green
Press Up four times (delete)
Press green twice.
Set up Speed Dial
Phonebook -> Speed Dial
Set up SOS Switch
Organizer ->SOS Number

Green (Phonebook)
Press Up Once (speed Dial)
Press Green
Press Green (status should switch to on)
Scroll down (set number)
Press Green
Select the number
Press green
Select the contact from phonebook you would like assigned to the speed dial.

Press Down 3 times (organizer)
Press Green
Scroll down 2 times (SOS number)
Press Green
Select position and add number
(You can also change the SOS message that is sent under option 4 in the organizer menu)
Read a Text Message
Messages -> Inbox
Send a Text Message
Messages -> Inbox
From Main Screen
Press Up ( displays menu)
Press Down Twice (Message)
Press Green
Press Down (inbox)

From here you will be able to scroll through your text messages.

With the option to set up to 5 different alarms (great for medicine reminders)

How to Activate Loud Speaker
How to turn the phone onto silent (shortcut)
During a Call
Press the green button to bring up call options
Then press green again to activate handsfree speaker
Simply hold the Zero key in for approx. 1 second and the phone will vibrate and display a messages saying silent mode.
How to Change Ring Tones
How to Use the FM radio
From Main Screen
Press Up ( displays menu)
Press down 5 Times (User Profiles)
Press Green
Select Profile you want to change (default is general)
Press Green
Scroll down ONCE (customize)
Press Green
From Here you can set the ring tone, change the volume and add a vibrate option.
The FM radio can be Activated from the switch on the bottom left side of the phone.
Once active the Up / Down keys can be used to automatically scan for the nearest station ( having headphones in may improve signal strength)
Pressing the GREEN Button brings up the radio Options
· Channel List – Lets you manually tune in and save channels.
· Manual Input- Lets you manually input a station
· Setting – allow you to play through the loudspeaker / allow background play.
